I made these for a DoD holiday ornament swap. :)

They were very easy to make!
Here are the materials needed:
- Small piece of cardboard or an index card
- Small pieces of felt; I used eco-felt.
- Embroidery scissors
- Invisible marker/chalk pen
- Embroidery floss
- Embroidery needle
- Ric rac/rick rack
- Fabric glue
- Q-tip
