I can relate. I went through a severe depression that ended my Air Force career in my early 20's and it took me a while to combat it. My little business has helped, my husband has helped and pushing people out of my life who didn't help, helped... a lot. I watch my husband go through the same life-striping of corporate america and it's depressing. Do you think it really takes a complete life-changing overhaul? It did for me... am I richer for it, no, maybe not monetarily but in the head, I'm way better off. Have you ever looked into doing some volunteering? Maybe even with the Peace Corps? you're brave for posting this... it's a good thing because no one talks about it.
